Today…….The Girls Varsity Soccer Team hosts American Heritage-Plantation at 5pm, the Boys Varsity Soccer Team hosts Boca Christian at 7pm, and the Girls Middle School, Boys Middle School (JV), and Boys Middle School (Varsity) Basketball Teams host Westminster Christian at 3:30/4:30/5:30pm. In addition, the Parents Association will be having a barbecue, so please come out and support our Spartans.
On Wednesday…….The Girls Middle School Soccer Team travels to Westminster Christian to play Ransom Everglades in the South Florida Middle School Conference semifinals at 4:15pm, the Boys Middle School Soccer Team travels to Palmer-Trinity to play Ransom Everglades in the South Florida Middle School Conference semifinals at 4:15pm, and the Boys Junior Varsity and Varsity Basketball Teams travel to Sagemont at 5:30/7pm.
Winter Senior Games/Red Out: We are experiencing one of the most successful Winter sports seasons in school history. The Girls and Boys Varsity Soccer Teams are both currently ranked #1 in the district and #1 in the region, the Boys Basketball Team is ranked #2 in their respective district, and the Girls Varsity Basketball Team is ranked #1 in Florida and #2 Nationally by USA Today and Max Preps. We have an outstanding group of senior athletes, who we will be honoring on the dates listed below. Please come out, pack the stands, wear RED, and support our seniors on the dates listed below – our Spartan athletes would appreciate it.

(2) Tuesday, January 22nd , Boys Soccer vs. University School (7pm)
(3) Friday, February 1st , Girls Basketball vs. American Heritage (4:30pm)
(4) Wednesday, February 6th, Boys Basketball vs. Westminster Christian (7:30pm)
Spring Sports: Please see the spring sports listed below for practice start dates and coaching information. All game schedules and directions to away games are posted on the Miami Country Day School athletic website.
Prior to the first day of practice, all student-athletes must have a completed physical and all proper FHSAA paperwork (EL2 and EL3) uploaded electronically to Magnus Health, which is accessed from your ‘My Country Day Account.’ Any questions regarding the athletic forms can be directed to the Athletic Trainers: Michelle Cordero at corderom@miamicountryday.org , or Anthony Reyes reyesa@miamicountryday.org ,or the athletic office at x250 for more information.
