Wednesday, April 11, 2018:

In Tuesday’s Athletic Events….The Varsity Lacrosse Team (5-9) lost to Calvary Christian 11-8.  Noah Markofsky led the way with 3 goals and 2 assists, Marlon Robins had 2 goals, Jack Finvarb added a goal and an assist, Evan Mendelson and Danny Strouse each scored, Noah Reines added 2 assists, and John Sayfie and Richie Lovelace played well on defense.  The Middle School Water Polo lost to Gulliver 15-14, and Riviera Prep 15-13, in the South Florida Middle School Championships.  Kenneth Barrett led the way with 15 goals, Michael Bernstein had 5 goals, Edoardo Figari added 3 goals, Leo Niemeyer, Marco Pacheco, and Jake Grossman all scored, and Tommaso Figari made 16 saves, scored a goal, and had 5 assists.  The Junior Varsity Lacrosse Team was losing to Calvary Christian 4-2 in the 2nd quarter in their season finale, when the game was called due to inclement weather.  Kyle Garg and Mitchell Koch each scored, Joel Cohen added an assist, and Stevie Port won 3 of 5 face-offs.  The Girls Varsity Tennis Team was beating Jensen Beach 3-0, when it was cancelled due to rain.  Allexii Bassette, Gabriella Martinez, and Alicia Rodriguez all won their singles matches.  The Boys Varsity Tennis Team was beating Jensen Beach 2-1, when it was cancelled due to rain.  Louis Siegler and Morgan Breslow won their singles matches. 
 
On Wednesday, the Softball Team hosts LaSalle in their regular season finale at 7pm. 
 
In Thursday’s Action…..The Girls Middle School Tennis Team participates in the South Florida Middle School Championships beginning at 8:30am, the Middle School Baseball Team hosts Cushman (Livestreamed Event) at 4pm, the Varsity Baseball Team hosts Calvary Christian at 7pm, the Girls and Boys Varsity Tennis Teams travel to Chaminade (David Park) at 3pm, and the Boys Varsity Water Polo Team hosts Columbus at 5pm.
