In Thursday’s Athletic Action.......The Girls Middle School Basketball Team (14-0) beat University School 31-22. Kaliyah Morales led the way with 15 points, 10 rebounds, 5 steals, and 4 assists, Jada Johnson had 8 points, 6 rebounds, 2 steals, and 3 assists, and Ella Gilderman added 8 points, 8 rebounds, and 3 steals. The Boys Junior Varsity Basketball Team (11-2) beat Don Soffer Aventura 59-42. Lukas Peterson led the way with 23 points, Dhillon Murphy had 15 points, Torrence Mack added 8 points, and Josh Goldberg had 7 points. The Boys Varsity Soccer Team(8-8-1) lost to North Broward Prep in the Palm League Championship game 5-0. Chris Capote made 12 saves, and Alejandro Roye Frangie, Ethan White, Enzo Lagrassa-Gillet, Lucas Crespo, Rafael Urbina, Stefano Dumas, and Erik Pantin all played well. The Boys Middle School (JV) Basketball Team (6-7) lost to University School 47-18 in their season finale. Colin Freeman and Aarin Singh each had 5 points, Noah Tran added 3 points, Avery Sinnes and Maximo Vega each grabbed 5 rebounds, Asher Evans had 4 rebounds and 2 points, and David Bejar had 2 points and 2 blocks. The Boys Middle School (Varsity) Basketball Team (7-8) lost to University School 46-32. Justin Williams led the way with 12 points and 13 rebounds, Evan Hurwitz had 10 points and 9 rebounds, Adrian Atoa added 4 points and 8 assists, and Alec Miller grabbed 5 rebounds.
Today........The Girls and Boys Varsity Basketball Teams host Saint Andrew’s School at 4:30pm/6pm.
On Saturday.......The Girls Varsity Basketball Team travels to play Tampa Tech at 7:30pm.
