In Wednesday’s Athletic Action......The Boys Varsity Lacrosse Team (7-5) lost to Gulliver 13-10.  David Burger led the way with 20 saves, Noah Reines had 3 goals and 2 assists, Chaz Berkowitz had 3 goals and an assist, Marlon Robins added 2 goals, Noah Markofsky had a goal and an assist, and Jake Fishman scored. The Middle School Water Polo Team (2-4) lost to Ransom Everglades 13-11. Stuart Browning led the way with 5 goals and 2 steals, Nico Dunn had 4 goals, 1 assist, and 2 steals, Harry Florin and Aarin Singh each scored, Julian Mellado added an assist, and Leo Niemeyer made 9 saves. The Middle School Baseball Team (2-6) lost to Riviera Prep 8-0. Timmy Houser threw 3 innings and struck out 5, and was 1 for 2 with a stolen base.
 
Today.....The Girls and Boys Middle School Tennis Teams travel to Westminster Christian (Coral Reef Park) at 3:30pm, the Girls and Boys Varsity Tennis Teams host American Heritage-Delray at 3pm, the Girls Varsity Lacrosse Team travels to University School at 6pm, the Softball Team hosts LaSalle at 6pm, the Varsity Baseball Team travels to Ransom Everglades (Boys and Girls Club) at 6pm, and the Middle School Water Polo Team plays Gulliver in the South Florida Middle School Championships at 11am.
 
On Friday……Our Girls Varsity Basketball Team (the #1 team in the Country) travels New York City Thursday morning to participate in the Geico High School National Basketball Championships.  The girls will play No. 7 New Hope Academy (Landover Hills, Maryland) on Friday at 11am at Christ the King High School in Queens, New York. The winner will play for the National Championship on Saturday at 10am against the winner of No. 4 Centennial (Las Vegas) and No. 2 St. John’s (Washington D.C).  We will be showing Friday’s game live in both the Garner Center and the Franco Center SAC.  If you would like to watch on your own, the Friday games will be broadcast live on ESPNU and Saturday’s championship will air on ESPN2.  In other action.....The Girls Varsity Lacrosse Team hosts Fort Lauderdale High School at 5pm, the Girls and Boys Varsity Tennis Teams travel to Vero Beach at 2:30pm, and the Girls and Boys Varsity Water Polo Teams participate in the Ransom Invitational.
