Over Break…...the Girls and Boys Water Polo Teams participated in the Gulliver Invitational. The Girls Team (13-7) beat Krop 11-6, beat St. Thomas Aquinas 17-2, beat Westminster Academy 12-7, but lost to Gulliver 16-6. Chloe Cartledge led the way with 17 goals, 5 assists, and 16 steals, Patrizia Puppin had 8 goals and 3 steals, Rhiannen Reig added 8 goals, 7 assists, 11 steals, and 7 saves, Isabella Stripling had 6 goals, 6 steals, and 4 saves, Carolina Ortegon added 4 goals, 2 assists, 5 steals, and 7 saves, and Tatiana Blasky and Sabrina Morata each had 2 goals and 6 steals. The Boys Team (12-9) beat Westminster Academy 15-5, beat Fort Lauderdale 13-7, lost to Gulliver 14-2, and lost to Krop 9-3. Romeo Curcio led the way with 13 goals, 4 assists, and 10 steals, Zach Charalambides had 8 goals and 3 steals, Ricky Stamatis added 3 goals and 6 steals, Michael Bernstein had 3 goals, 3 assists, and 1 steal, Tommasso Figari and Jake Grossman each had 2 goals, and Riccardo Di Giuseppe had 39 saves, 3 steals, and 4 assists.
In Monday’s Athletic Action.....The Girls and Boys Tennis Teams play Coral Gables High School at the Biltmore Country Club at 2pm.
On Tuesday.....The Girls and Boys Middle School Tennis Teams host Sagemont at 3pm, the Softball Team hosts Palmer-Trinity at 4pm, and the Varsity Baseball Team hosts Miami-Jackson High School at 7pm.
