In Wednesday’s Athletic Events…..The Girls Varsity Basketball Team (20-1) beat Boca Raton High School in their “Senior Game” 58-34. Channise Lewis led the way with 20 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists, and 2 steals, Maria Alvarez had 11 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals, Aasiya Berry added 10 points, 14 rebounds, and 4 blocks, and Kelsey Marshall had 9 points, 5 rebounds, and 7 assists. The Boys Middle School (Varsity) Basketball Team (2-12) beat Ransom Everglades 37-19. Ryan Mendelson led the way with 12 points and 7 assists, Aden Karp had 9 points and 7 rebounds, Jovan Joseph added 6 points and 10 rebounds, and Max Ruskowski and Lukas Peterson each had 5 points. The Middle School (JV) Basketball Team (1-12) lost to Ransom Everglades 29-27. Torrence Mack led the way with 10 points, Logan Traband added 8 points and 5 assists, and Jose Garcia had 10 rebounds and 3 blocks. The Girls Middle School Basketball Team (11-4) lost to Ransom 21-17. Jordan Sheppard led the way with 6 points, 3 steals, and 2 assists, D’Yani Gregoire had 5 points, 3 rebounds, and 7 steals, and Abby Cherefant added 4 points and 5 rebounds.
Today…..The Girls Varsity Soccer Team hosts Carrollton in their “Senior Game” at 5pm, the Boys Varsity Soccer Team hosts Sagemont in their “Senior Game” at 7pm, and the Girls Middle School, Boys Middle School (JV), and Boys Middle School (Varsity) Basketball Teams host Palmer-Trinity in their season finales at 4/5/6pm.
On Friday…..The Girls Middle School Soccer Team hosts Palmer-Trinity in the South Florida Middle School Conference Quarterfinals at 4pm, the Boys Middle School Soccer Team hosts Divine Savior in the South Florida Middle School Conference Quarterfinals at 5:30pm, and the Boys Junior Varsity, Girls Varsity, and Boys Varsity Basketball Teams travel to Sagemont at 4/5:30/7pm.
