Manager, Human Resources
Elliana Lopera, as the GLOBE Adult Coordinator and Human Resource Manager, focuses on creating meaningful opportunities for faculty and staff to connect, learn, and strengthen the community across Miami Country Day School. In partnership with the GLOBE Team, she develops affinity spaces, shared learning experiences, and opportunities for meaningful conversation that foster curiosity, cultural understanding, belonging, and connection. Through her work, Elliana helps bring GLOBE’s mission into the everyday experience of the adult community, creating spaces where colleagues can learn from one another, share perspectives, and build stronger relationships across campus.
