In Friday's Athletic Events.......The Softball Team (5-5) beat Palmer-Trinity on "Senior Night" 14-4. Taylor Sennett led the way with 3 hits - including a Grand Slam, 5 RBI, and 3 runs scored, Mary Elizabeth Allen had 2 hits, 2 RBI, and scored a run, Michelle Yacobi tripled, an RBI, and scored 2 runs, and Veronica Ben David singled, drove in a run, and scored a run. The Boys Varsity Water Polo Team (12-5) beat Columbus 6-5, Western 10-2, Palmetto 6-2 but lost to Gulliver 11-5. Christian Claramonte led the way with 34 blocks, 3 steals, and 3 assists, Zachary Smith and Jonathan Abramowitz each had 5 goals, 4 steals, and 3 assists, Sebastian Rodriguez had 5 goals, 2 steals, and 4 assists, Alec Rosen added 4 goals, 2 steals, and 2 assists, Romeo Curcio had 4 goals and 2 steals, Juan Martin Caro added 3 goals, 6 assists and 4 steals, and Sam Smith had 1 goal, 3 assists, and 5 steals. The Girls Varsity Water Polo Team (10-6) beat Palmetto 9-0, Coral Reef 15-0, but lost to Gulliver 9-4 and Ransom 7-2. Gaby Palmisano led the way with 23 blocks, 14 steals, and 9 assists, Amelia Gregorio had 9 goals, 4 assists, 7 steals, and 3 blocks, Maddie Hertz had 9 goals, 2 assists, and 3 steals, Gabi Marchesani and Yasmine Bazzi each had 3 goals and 3 steals, Madisyn Jones added 3 goals, 1 assist, and 13 steals, Sofia Zamboli had 2 goals, 2 assists, and 2 blocks, Yakira Matisonn added 1 goals, 1 assist, and 3 steals, Isabella Pedraza had 2 assists, 3 steals, and 1 block.
On Saturday.....The Middle School Baseball Team (1-10-1) lost to Doctors Charter 11-1 and 10-3. Danny Saydkhuzhin was 4 for 6 with 2 RBI, Joseph Weider pitched well, Griffin Steutel threw 4 strong innings, and Sean Finny scored,
In Today's Action.....The Varsity Baseball Team hosts Archbishop Curley at 7pm.
On Tuesday.....The Girls and Boys Varsity Tennis Teams host Divine Savior in their 'Senior" game at 3pm.
