WHAT IS THE SCHOOL’S POLICY REGARDING FACE MASKS AND FACE SHIELDS?

Based on the current conditions in Miami and in compliance with local, state and national mandates and based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), face masks will be required for all students, employees, and visitors while on campus. Masks must be worn at all times.

1. Cloth or disposable single-use paper masks with ear or head elastic bands will be allowed (bandanas and clothing are not masks).

2. Masks will be provided for staff and students as needed.

3. Those employees unable to wear a mask due to medical reasons will wear a face shield.

4. Early Childhood students will be provided face shields to wear in the

classroom in lieu of face masks, if needed.
