Miami Country Day School requires all visitors to undergo a sexual offender screening. In an effort to speed up your entry to campus, we strongly encourage you to complete the pre-screening form below.

A Digital ID will be sent to the cell phone number provided once you have successfully passed the screening. This Digital ID must be presented to security when entering campus. You will be provided a printed badge upon entering campus which must be worn in a prominent location at all times while on campus.
