CONNOR AND CARSON'S CHAMPIONS: Several years ago, we partnered with the Marlin's Foundation and Boys and Girls Clubs of South Florida to start a program that we created "Connor and Carson's Champions: Choose Gloves NOT Drugs." Each Summer we donate new and gently-used baseball gloves, bats, cleats, etc. to underprivileged kids, so they can have their own equipment for the start of their Summer baseball program. We would appreciate it very much if you are able to participate. Please donate equipment of your choice to support this important program to help motivate kids about baseball and making good decisions. (Donations can be dropped off outside of Coach Sennett's Office.) Thank you so much! Carson and Connor Goodman.

Senior Signing: Congratulations to Riccardo Di Giuseppe, as he signed yesterday with the University of the Pacific (Water Polo), and Chris Capote, who signed with Brandeis University (Soccer).
Riccardo Di Giuseppe-University of the Pacific
Riccardo has been a part of the Spartan water polo program for seven years.  He has spent five of those years since eighth grade on varsity.  He was a part of the team the last time the boys won districts in 2017.  Ricky started out having never played water polo in middle school.  He quickly developed an unbelievable skill set as we see him dominating players in the region every day.  A quote from Coach Dave “Ricky has become a driven and accomplished leader, team captain, and the inspirational communicator who gets everyone going.”  Congratulations to Riccardo Di Giuseppe as he will be signing to play water polo at the University of the Pacific.

    Chris Capote-Brandeis University
Chris has been a part of the Spartan soccer program for four years, and the starting goalkeeper for the last two.  Last year, he was selected second team all-county by the Miami Herald and captured a district title.  He has become one of the top goalkeepers in the county over the last few years.  In the words of his coach Jeff Watson “having Chris in goal takes a big burden off the rest of the team, just knowing he is in goal, they are able to play a more open and attacking game.  I would like to thank him for a great career at MCDS and wish him the best in the next goal he protects.”  Congratulations to Chris Capote as he will be signing with Brandeis University.
