In Saturday Athletic Action.....The Middle School Baseball Team(4-7) lost to Marathon 14-9 in game one, and beat them in game two 6-1. In game 1, Noah Tran was 2 for 2 with 3 RBI, a run scored, and 3 stolen bases, Jack Pizzo was 2 for 2 with 4 stolen bases, 2 RBI, and 3 runs scored, may Toyos went 1 for 2 with 2 RBI and 2 runs scored, and Preston Boucher and Jackson Boucher each singled home a run. In game 2, Sam Greenwald threw 6 strong innings for the win, allowing 2 hits and added an RBI single, Quinn Smith threw the 7th inning and struck out 3 batters, Max Toyos was 2 for 3 with a run scored and 3 RBI, Jack Pizzo was 2 for 3 with 2 RBI, and 2 runs scored, and Noah Tran went 2 for 2 with 2 RBI, 2 runs scored, and 2 stolen bases. The Middle School Lacrosse Team (6-4) lost to Gulliver in game one 9-0, but beat them in game two 6-3. Reed Rosenfeld and Grayson Malamed each scored 2 goals, Diago Phillips and Brady Lubetsky each added a goal, and Luca Benito played well.
Today....The Girls Middle School (Varsity) Volleyball Team hosts Palmer-Trinity in the South Florida Middle School Conference Quarterfinals at 4pm.
