In Friday’s Athletic Events.......The Girls Middle School Soccer Team (0-4) lost to Gulliver 2-1.  Alessia Badia led the way with a goal, Emily Wolk made 8 saves, and Leah Ogulnick, Victoria Ballestas, Emmanuelle Almeida, and Olivia Pelletier all played well.
 
On Saturday.....The Girls Middle School Swim Team (1-1) beat Carrollton 105-104, but lost to Gulliver 135-78.  The Boys Middle School Swim Team (0-1) lost to Gulliver 99-93.
 
The Spartans were led by
Dante Porchetto (6th) – 1st in the 50 Back
Valentina Valdivia (7th) – 2nd in the 100 Free & 2nd in the 200 Free
Miguel Escobar (8th) – 2nd in the 100 Free & 2nd in the 50 Breast
Oliver Lieberman (6th) – 2nd in the 50 Free
Benjamin Rojas (8th) – 2nd in the 50 Back
 
Boys 200 Free Relay – 1st
            Warren Bromley, Miguel Escobar, Dante Porchetto, Oliver Lieberman
 
Boys 200 Medley Relay – 2nd
            Dante Porchetto, Warren Bromley, Oliver Lieberman, Miguel Escobar
 
On Sunday......Dylan Smiley and Hannah Webb each participated in Swimming States in Jupiter. 
Dylan Smiley (10th)8th in the 100 Fly* (11 pts) / 13th in the 100 Breast* (4 pts) – 15 Total Points
            *Set a new Varsity Record in the 100 Fly & 100 Breast
           
Dylan dropped 2.37 in the 100 Fly and went 50.04, finished 8th and set a new school record. This record was 18 years old. He also dropped 1.8 in the 100 Breast, 58.60 qualified/tied for 8th place and reset is own 100 Breaststroke school record.
 
Hannah Webb (8th) – 13th in the 50 Free (3 pts) – 3 Total Points
dropped 0.69 in the 50 Free. She went 24.75 a new Lifetime Best.
 
In Today’s Action.....The Boys Middle School Soccer Team travels to Palmer-Trinity at 4pm.
 
On Tuesday........The Girls and Boys Varsity Soccer Teams travel to LaSalle at 5/7pm, and the Girls Middle School Soccer Team hosts South Florida Heat at 4pm.
