Kindergarten Crosses Divisions
Recently, Middle School students worked on a project with a Senior Kindergarten (SK) Class. From the moment Ms. Lucchi's animation students entered Mrs. Wilson’s room, they were enthralled by their younger peers. It was a mutual infatuation! The Kindergartners created stories and drew illustrations while the Middle School mentors worked in animation class to bring their images and drawings to life in cartoons! The students watched the “Grand Premiere” together, enjoying popcorn, giggles and celebrated a cross-divisional Spartan collaboration. Ana, whose Kindergarten partner was also from Brazil, made her animation bilingual.
