In Friday’s Athletic Action…..The Varsity Baseball Team (3-0) beat SLAM Academy 3-2.  Kenny Byers tripled to drive in Austin Pollak with the go-ahead run in the bottom of 6th, Connor Goodman went 3 for 3 with 4 stolen bases, and recorded the save, Jorden Gross recorded the win with 3 scoreless innings of relief, and Myles Berlowitz drove in 2 runs.  The Varsity Lacrosse Team (0-5) lost to Martin County High School 8-6. Evan Mendelson led the way with 2 goals, Ryan Finvarb had a goal and 2 assists, Noah Reines added a goal and an assist, Noah Markofsky and Sean Fuller each scored, Blaise Pronesti and Zach Hart added assists, and Liam Weil and Jovan Joseph played well on defense.  The Girls Varsity Tennis Team (3-3) beat Westminster Christian 4-3.  Allexii Bassette and Gabriela Martinez won their singles matches, and Julia Rose Siegler and Allexii, Danielle Bernstein and Lolita Bell won their doubles matches.  The Boys Varsity Tennis Team (3-2) beat Westminster Christian 5-2. Jackson Halliwell, Saavan Kamlani, and Andrew Calfa won their singles matches, and Jackson and Saavan and Harrison Breslow and Evan Meiselman won their doubles matches.   
 
On Saturday…..The Middle School (JV) Lacrosse Team (1-1) lost to Belen 3-0.  Pedro Rusconi and Julian Schwartz each played well. In game 2, they beat Ransom Everglades 5-2.  Beck Trafton led the way with 2 goals, Evan Hurwitz had a goal and an assist, Julian Schwartz and Andrea Pantin each scored, and Julian Claramonte and Romeu Szulc each played well in goal. The Boys Middle School (Varsity) Lacrosse Team (1-3-1) lost to Ransom 7-3, but beat Palmer-Trinity 7-0.  In game 1, Mikey Port led the way with a goal and an assist, James Brill and Daniel Estupinan each scored, Noah Gaudet added an assist, and Jose Garcia and Julian Chariff each played well. In game 2, Tyler Walsh had 4 goals, Mikey Port added 2 goals, James Brill had a goal and an assist, Austin Eismont, Alan Bruckstein, and Luca Grendene all had assists, and Rainen O’Kurley and Davis Lubetsky played well. The Middle School Baseball Team (0-3) lost to Marathon 18-1 and 14-4.  In game 1, Jeff Jeffries and Yoav Haiat each singled.  In game 2, Avi Murphy singled in a run, and Nico Margarit, Timmy Houser, Jake Wyka, and Yoav Haiat each had a hit. 
 
Today….the Varsity Baseball Team travels to Ransom Everglades at 6pm, the Girls and Boys Varsity Water Polo Teams host Mast Academy at 5/6pm (Livestreamed Event), the Girls and Boys Varsity Tennis Teams host Hillel (Arthur Snyder Tennis Center) at 3pm, the Middle School Water Polo Team travels to Gulliver at 5pm, and the Middle School (JV) Lacrosse Team hosts McNichol Middle School at 5pm.
