In Monday’s Athletic Action……The Boys Varsity Basketball Team (9-12) beat Sagemont in double-overtime 60-54. Harrison Stier led the way with 10 points, 32 rebounds, and 10 blocks, Nate Outten had 18 points and 13 rebounds, Evan Mendelson added 15 points and played outstanding defense, Julius Delgado had 8 points and 9 rebounds, and Matthew Kaye played well. The boys have advanced to play Hillel in the District Championship on Wednesday at 7pm.

Today……..the Varsity Lacrosse Team travels to Immokalee in a pre-season game at 7pm, the Softball Team hosts Colonial Christian in their season opener at 4pm, the Girls and Boys Varsity Tennis Teams host Riviera Prep (Arthur Snyder Tennis Center) at 3pm, and the Girls Varsity Soccer Team hosts Archimedean in the Regional Finals at 7pm. The winner advances to the State Final Four on Friday (February 16).

On Wednesday…..The Boys Varsity Soccer Team travels to Palmer-Trinity at 3:30pm in the Regional Finals. The winner advances to the State Final Four on Saturday. The Boys Varsity Basketball Team travels to Sagemont to play Hillel in the District Championship game at 7pm. The Boys Varsity Baseball Teams hosts a Pre-Season Classic at 4/7pm. Miami High plays Dr. Michael Krop at 4pm, and the Spartans host Hialeah Miami-Lakes at 7pm.
