In Monday’s Athletic Action…..…….The Girls Varsity Tennis Team (4-3) beat Ransom Everglades 7-0. Allexii Bassette, Gabrielle Bassette, Gabriela Martinez, Maria Salazar, and Lolita Bell all won their singles matches, and Nina Vara and Allexii Bassette, Danielle Bernstein and Stella Nixdorf won their doubles matches. The Boys Middle School Tennis Team (5-0) beat Gulliver 7-0. Max Castanon, Cliff Halliwell, Juan de Zabala, Anthony Calfa, and Francesco Rumiano all won their singles matches, and Max and Cliff, Oscar Bergier and Michael Claramonte won their doubles match. The Middle School Baseball Team (2-3) beat Cushman 13-1. Hanley Ramirez threw 3 innings for the win striking out 5, and went 3 for 3 with 2 doubles, 4 RBI, and 2 runs scored, Timmy Houser was 1 for 2 with 3 runs scored and an RBI, Bruce Cohen was 1 for 1 with an RBI, and Tanner Sennett went 1 for 2 with an RBI and run scored. The Boys Varsity Tennis Team (5-2) lost to Ransom Everglades 5-2. Jackson Halliwell won his singles match, and Daniel Tzalik and Andrew Calfa won their doubles match. The Girls Middle SchoolTennis Team (5-1) lost to Gulliver 5-2. Brookie Kovacs and Ginger Jacob both won their singles matches.
Today……The Girls Varsity Lacrosse Team hosts Killian at 4pm, the Boys Varsity Lacrosse Team hosts Coral Springs Charter at 6pm, the Girls and Boys Middle School Tennis Teams host Cushman at 3pm, the Boys and Girls Varsity Water Polo Teams travel to Hialeah High School at 3/4pm, the Softball Team travels to LaSalle at 6pm, and the Varsity Baseball Team travels to Marathon at 4pm.
On Wednesday…..The Middle School Water Polo Team travels to Riviera Prep at 5pm, the Middle School Baseball Team hosts Riviera Prep at 4pm, and the Varsity Baseball Team hosts Palmer-Trinity at 7pm.
