Online Summer Classes - Economics Economics Online is an entirely distance-based, one-semester version of Economics that covers both microeconomics and macroeconomics. From this class, students will master the principles essential for understanding economic problems and specific economic issues, such as environmental pollution and international trade. They will also be able to apply an economic perspective and reason accurately and objectively about economic matters, including the stock markets and personal finance.
This course satisfies the graduation requirement of ½ credit in Economics. By competing this course in the summer, rising seniors strengthen their transcripts for college and free their second semester schedules for a new elective or a free period. The course also prepares students with the skills needed to succeed in online coursework, a common delivery format across all universities.
This is just one of the classes offered online and on campus this summer. To view more summer course offerings, click here.
