Miami Country Day School's success is based on a philosophy of dedication to academic excellence.  Beginning with their first day in PK3, students are encouraged and expected to question, examine, think, and reflect.  Students are challengeed as individuals to broaden themselves intellectually.  A fulfilling, dynamic, and classical academic program produces students who are learned, secure, motivated, responsible, and successful.

Small class sizes allow students and teachers to interact individually.  Passionate teachers have the time for creative and powerful lessons that students will remember for a lifetime.

The college preparatory program prepares students for the rigor of college both in and out of the classroom.  The academic program includes all core curriculum areas and electives that far exceed most college preparatory requirements.

While maintaining academic rigor, our extensive enrichment programs give students the opportunity to embrace their curiosity to try new challenges and to succeed.  Interest clubs including debate and chess offer yet another avenue for students to challenge themselves intellectually.
